5. Participation Terms
1. Name on Zoom screen:
The conference will be held via ”Zoom Meeting System”. Please sign up with your real name, which will appear on the zoom screen during the conference.
2. Recording:
Refrain from recording the conference.
3. Conduct during the conference:
We prohibit following conduct in order to make the avenue for fruitful scientific discussion open and transparent for many researchers. If a participant engages in such conduct, event organizers retain the right to take actions to keep a welcoming environment, including immediate expulsion from the event or refusal of participations in future events organized by NICT and/or CiNet. Prohibited conduct not only include behaviors inside the meeting platform, but also include behaviors in social media.
・Discriminatory speech to speakers, other participants or event organizers. This includes discriminatory remarks on the basis of physical appearance, nationality, gender, disability, accent, race, age, and religion.
・Re-distribution of presentation materials without obtaining permission from speakers.
・Deliberate intimidation or stalking toward speakers, other participants or event organizers.
・Intentional sustained disruption of talks, questions by other participants or organization of the event, which goes beyond the scope of regular scientific discussion.
・Sexual harassment. This includes verbal/online comments harassing speakers and other participants, and behaviors which intentionally make situations harassing speakers and other participants.
・Intentional invasion of the security of the meeting platform and networks which are used by speakers, other participants and event organizers.
・Making biased remarks to specific products and companies on the basis of properties or financial interests.
・Defamation and insulting verbal/online comments for speakers, other participants or event organizers. This includes undeserved blames denying one’s dignity and comments attempting to discredit specific personnel or organizations, which go beyond the scope of regular scientific discussion.
・Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.

・演者の許可なく、研究発表資料を二次配布する行為。
・演者や他の参加者および運営者への脅迫行為およびストーキング行為。
・演者による講演や他の参加者による質疑、セミナーの運営を通常の学術的な議論の枠組みを超えた形で意図的に妨害する行為。
・演者や他の参加者が不快感をもよおすようなセクシュアル・ハラスメントに該当する言動、行動および状況をつくる行為。
・ミーティングプラットフォーム、および演者・参加者・運営者の接続するネットワーク環境のセキュリティを意図的に侵害する行為。
・財産や商業的関心に基づき、特定の製品や企業に対してバイアスのかかった発言を行う行為。
・演者や他の参加者および運営者に対する名誉毀損または侮辱に該当する行為。例えば通常の学術的議論の枠組みを超えた人格を否定するような誹謗中傷・非難、特定の人物や組織の信用を失墜させるような書き込みを行う行為など。
・上記のような行為を扇動する行為。
