ChatGPT is very useful for learning English grammar and usage examples, however, it is hardly useful for learning tennis movements. In other words, while it contributes to the learning of declarative memory, it does not contribute to the learning of procedural memory. I believe that revealing the mechanisms of procedural memory involved in movement and perception, and the methods to promote its learning, will become one form of the CiNet Brain. In this talk, I would like to introduce the recent progress of our research for constructing this form of the CiNet Brain.
